We must care for others
Because we’re here to help each other
We must care for others
Because the river of kindness can never dry
We must care for others
But it’s okay to care for ourselves just as well

But it doesn’t have to be to our detriment
We can take better care of others
When we’re able to take care of ourselves first
It’s perfectly all right to take care of ourselves
Some of us may need to hear such a “reminder”
